Position Overview:

Trinity Health is looking for a dedicated **LPN Supervisor of Assisted Living** to oversee our community operations. As part of a leading Catholic healthcare system, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and management for the Assisted Living department.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as established policies and procedures.
  • Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with physician directives and resident needs.
  • Supervise daily activities within the community to maintain quality care standards.
