Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our team at the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and provide information about menu items and promotions.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of food service experience preferred.
  • Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
  • California RBS Certification.
