We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Altru Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, offering a range of shift options including rotating, straight days, and straight nights. You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new hospital in 2024 and enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in North Dakota or a Compact State Agreement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) certification preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $32.19-$48.28/hour.
