Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar energy systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
- Conduct electrical wiring and conduit installations for solar energy systems.
- Diagnose and repair solar energy systems as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory codes during installations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all completed work.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical or solar installation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar or electrical installation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and structural blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. No DUIs.
- Knowledge and experience with MPU is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 per hour
