Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Zaxby's. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of team members to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food production
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, scheduling, and labor costs
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the restaurant, including food preparation, presentation, and storage
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
