Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. As an Occupational Therapist with Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while enjoying a supportive company culture and unparalleled schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Document findings accurately and timely, adhering to all guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, utilizing various modalities and modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Recognized by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.

Pay Range

USD $35.00 - USD $46.00 per hour.
