Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Windows and macOS software engineer who thrives in collaborative, agile environments, actively contributing expertise to meet team commitments. Your passion and experience in Agile Development are paramount. Proficiency in core image processing, networking technology, and architecture (including Windows Drivers, image processing, real-time video and audio processing, and in-depth knowledge of networking with cybersecurity considerations) is essential. Additionally, your drive to achieve sprint goals should extend to broader ecosystem aspects such as applications and framework integration, with a particular emphasis on security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize years of specialized experience in Windows and macOS system-level app development, demonstrating expertise in various domains, build-related tasks, and associated areas.
  • Develop and optimize application by proficiently using C++/Qt, Objective-C/Swift, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin in articulate written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across functions to conceptualize, create, and deploy inventive solutions to enhance the usability of current features and non-functional performance.
  • Demonstrate strong mentorship skills by offering guidance and support to junior colleagues, cultivating a collaborative atmosphere focused on professional development and growth.
  • Facilitate comprehensive code reviews and debugging sessions to ensure the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of app components.
  • Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while meticulously adhering to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Low-Level Software Development: Write efficient, optimized code in C/C++ for low-level software components, including virtual audio and video drivers, networking, and USB communication protocols.
  • Extensive expertise in advanced Windows application debugging techniques and system-level problem analysis.
  • Willingness to support various tasks to ensure the completion of the mission.
  • Experience working on system software in a large-scale codebase.
  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in computer science-related fields.
