Work Schedule:
Flexible hours are available, with a preference for shifts between 6 AM and 4 PM. Weekend availability is also required.
Compensation:
The role offers a competitive pay rate of $15 per hour, with a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light cleaning tasks based on provided checklists, including surface wiping, trash disposal, vacuuming, mopping, and linen changes.
- Oversee a designated area within clients' properties, ensuring exceptional quality standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Evaluate clients' homes, prioritize tasks, and customize services according to their preferences.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by building trust and respect.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Transport necessary equipment and supplies for each visit.
- Address any client concerns professionally and report them to management.
- Take initiative to exceed client expectations whenever possible.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to lift and carry over 25 pounds of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Capable of standing, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills (multilingual abilities are a plus).
- Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous.
