Clinical Athletic Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Athletic Trainer to provide injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation services for our patients and student-athletes. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work under the direction of a designated physician to deliver patient-centered care and promote health, wellness, and prevention of injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical athletic training services for Bellin Health clinics, including injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients, student-athletes, and the public on health, wellness, and prevention of injuries.
- Deliver treatment and rehabilitation services under the rules and regulations of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) and the state governing board.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care and promote evidence-based practice.
- Support the Orthopedic Clinic, Walk-In Injury Clinic, and Trauma Clinic within Titletown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
Requirements:
- WI Athletic Trainer license and Board of Certification (BOC) certification required.
- Successful graduation from an Athletic Training Residency program preferred.
- Experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in an Outreach, Rehab, or Physician Practice setting providing injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic-related injuries preferred.
