Nurse Vaccinator

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Vaccinator to join our team at Guardian Pharmacy. As a Nurse Vaccinator, you will play a critical role in administering vaccinations to patients and residents in our Long-Term Care communities.

The Nurse Vaccinator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality vaccination services through education on vaccine storage and handling, administration, billing, documentation, and vaccine safety. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Administer vaccinations to patients and residents in Long-Term Care communities
• Provide education on vaccine storage and handling, administration, billing, documentation, and vaccine safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Monitor pre and post-vaccination for potential side effects and refer for additional assessment/care as needed
• Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and infection control guidelines

• Current RN or LPN licensure
• 1+ years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
