The work schedule is night shift, every fourth weekend/holiday, with 72 hours every two weeks. The hourly range for this position is $46.50 per hour. Avera McKennan has been designated a MAGNET facility five times in a row and has received CMS Accreditation for solid organ transplant. We are a Platinum-Level Fit-Friendly Worksite by the American Heart Association and have received the Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission.
