Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Chipton-Ross Inc. in Newport News, VA.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven ability to meet recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source top-level candidates, presenting their skills to our partners and clients.
  • Utilize databases, resume banks, job fairs, social media, and innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent.
  • Prescreen, interview, and extend offers to candidates.
  • Maintain and update the ATS database accurately.
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting teams, including processing job orders and entering candidate submissions.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and assist in the hiring process.
  • Perform data entry using the database and Excel to ensure client and candidate information is up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Goal-oriented with a high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment goals while working independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel.

Prior experience in recruiting, client support, inside/outside sales, or retail sales preferred; other relevant experience may be considered.
