Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver exceptional guest service, connecting with guests to understand their needs and preferences
• Craft high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide support to guests with questions or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Previous experience in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
