**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design, implement, and manage Windows Server versions 2012, 2016, and 2019, along with MS-Azure, Microsoft Exchange, M365, and Active Directory.
  • Install, implement, and recommend technologies including database solutions, systems management, server virtualization, network storage, and security measures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Client/Server Architecture and secure deployment practices for both internal and external environments.
  • Evaluate and architect plans for network, server, and storage infrastructures.
  • Produce technical documentation for system integration and transition to operational teams.
  • Collaborate in a hybrid, multi-location operations team to manage the existing production environment.
  • Conduct configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
  • Develop and deploy Group Policy Objects to enforce desired enterprise behavior.
  • Execute patching and security configuration tasks to ensure servers and databases are secured and up-to-date.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and operational trends to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, managers, peers, and clients.
  • Manage support tickets and oversee incidents, service requests, and problems throughout their lifecycle.
  • Perform incident analysis to ascertain possible causes and solutions.
  • Document status updates and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create troubleshooting documentation and knowledge articles for support teams.
**Basic Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in design, implementation, and administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, and M365.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of essential administration concepts related to Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server versions 2012, 2016, and 2019.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or M365.
  • In-depth knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to independently drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must possess an Interim DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
  • Meet baseline 8570 certification requirements (IAT Level II) such as CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies.
  • Azure and/or AWS certifications.
