About the Role

As a Software Development Engineer on the Kumo Intelligent Tooling team, you will design and develop software that meets or exceeds customer needs, operational needs, and technical requirements. You will work with Product Managers, Software Development Managers, and UX Designers/Researchers to identify needs and collaborate with junior members on the team.

This is an ideal fit for an internal L5 candidate seeking complex business challenges with the opportunity to Think Big and grow to an L6 SDE or transition to an SDM role in the medium term. You can impact the roadmap of our existing products and contribute to building new features, services, and PRFAQs that contribute to improving the customer problem troubleshooting and resolution journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop software that meets or exceeds customer needs, operational needs, and technical requirements.
  • Work with Product Managers, Software Development Managers, and UX Designers/Researchers to identify needs.
  • Collaborate with and mentor junior members on the team.

About the Team

The Ballista team is delivering on the charter of a single pane of glass for troubleshooting experiences used by 6000+ support engineers worldwide in distributed sites. We are a full stack team working primarily on Native AWS technologies, Node JS, and React-based systems.
