We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nurse to join our faculty team at Hondros College of Nursing. As a Full-Time Nursing Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses.

Responsibilities:
  • Instruct students in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings, promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement the curriculum and ensure student success.
  • Recommend strategies for student achievement and progress.
  • Tutor students to assist in meeting course objectives.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • At least three years of full-time nursing experience as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent.
  • Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
