We are seeking a talented Financial Representative Trainee to join our team at Mutual of Omaha. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote individual insurance products to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote individual insurance products to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external customers
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop skills and competencies necessary for success in the role
Requirements
  • Able to successfully complete trainee program within 6-12 months
  • Ability to pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job
  • Must pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
  • Hourly wage: $16/hour for up to 30 days, increasing to $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentive opportunity after successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements
