The Opportunity:

Your Role:

In your capacity as a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will oversee the design and deployment of electrical systems using state-of-the-art software and methodologies. You will guide a team of engineers, ensuring project milestones are met while complying with established design protocols.

Your expertise will be vital in fostering sustainable project development and strengthening client relationships.

Key Duties:
  • Lead engineering teams on various projects, providing mentorship and oversight.
  • Evaluate designs, create design documentation, and manage engineering tasks for assigned projects.
  • Perform power engineering functions for industrial sectors, including Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy.
  • Engage with suppliers, assess submissions, and develop wiring schematics.
  • Guide junior engineers, maintain professional connections, and uphold technical excellence.
  • Travel as necessary for project needs and participate in site evaluations during construction phases.
  • Contribute to lighting design, luminaire arrangements, and circuit management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Engineer-in-Training certification and familiarity with power engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and proficiency in creating One-Line Diagrams.
  • Expertise in symmetrical components, fault current analysis, and machine theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

*This position is based in Colorado. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.*
