About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive member satisfaction by delivering high-quality bakery products and providing excellent customer service. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure that the bakery meets the expectations of our members. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Create visually appealing baked goods using various decorating techniques
* Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
* Work collaboratively with other associates to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
* Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets, while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

* 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

Additional Compensation

In addition to your hourly wage, you may be eligible for premiums based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour and are designed to recognize your hard work and dedication.
