Job Title: Cerologist

About the Role:
Waxing the City is seeking a skilled Cerologist to join our team. As a Cerologist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through our minimal waxing and customer service standards. You will provide top-notch facial and body waxing services to both men and women, making clients feel comfortable and welcome. Your goal will be to develop strong, long-term relationships with your clients, and we will provide training, tools, and additional support to help you achieve this.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent facial and body waxing services to clients
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Uphold our minimal waxing and customer service standards
• Work nights and weekends, and help cover shifts in short-notice/emergency situations
• Support the front desk staff as needed

Requirements:
• Current state licensure (esthetician or cosmetologist)
• Excellent waxing skills/technique, or great potential
• Open to feedback in a learning environment
• Exceptional client service skills with a positive attitude
• Super nice, friendly, and outgoing
• Time management skills
• Strong verbal skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented
