Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration

- Clinical Excellence
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements to provide evidence-based care.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Community Engagement
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
- Quality and Safety
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Monitor and report on quality and safety metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Board certification in Rheumatology
- Current licensure in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
