Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric Member Assistant to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Ensuring Club Pick-Up Orders Are Filled:
* Contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed;
* Informing members when products are unavailable;
* Offering members alternative product options when needed;
* Ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures;
* Ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup;

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Work Environment:
* Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area;
* Assisting members with their purchases and providing information on our products and services;

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
* Greeting members warmly and responding to their inquiries;
* Providing solutions to member concerns and resolving issues efficiently;

Working in a Fast-Paced Environment:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required;
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
