W.M. Lyles Co is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team in a Systems Integration Technician role. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for building electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Build electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures per order requirements.
- Achieve qualification to build greater than 75% of the assemblies on the training matrix.
- Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Report problems with material, processes, equipment, schematics, and bill of materials to Production Lead.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Position requires the ability to work overtime.
- Ad hoc activities as requested.
- Able to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
- Able to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
- Able to perform point to point wiring with routing techniques that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Able to perform continuity check via the use of digital volt meters.
- Mechanical skills required, including using hand tools and measurement devices.
- Possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for attention to detail.
- A valid California Drivers License.
