Job Summary

W.M. Lyles Co is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team in a Systems Integration Technician role. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for building electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures per order requirements.
  • Achieve qualification to build greater than 75% of the assemblies on the training matrix.
  • Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report problems with material, processes, equipment, schematics, and bill of materials to Production Lead.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
  • Position requires the ability to work overtime.
  • Ad hoc activities as requested.
Requirements
  • Able to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
  • Able to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
  • Able to perform point to point wiring with routing techniques that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Able to perform continuity check via the use of digital volt meters.
  • Mechanical skills required, including using hand tools and measurement devices.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for attention to detail.
  • A valid California Drivers License.
