Critical Care Nurse Float Pool Opportunity in Southern Illinois

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Deaconess IL - Crossroads, as part of our Float Pool. This is an exciting opportunity to work in various departments, including Med-Surg, ER, and ICU.
About the RoleThis 13-week contract will provide you with a stable and challenging work environment. You will be required to have a strong foundation in critical care, with experience working in float pools or similar settings. The primary unit will be Med-Surg, but you may also rotate through the ER and ICU.
Requirements- A valid RN license for the state of Illinois
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing
- 1 year of experience in critical access hospitals
- Experience with ventilator management and drip titration
- Prior experience with EPIC is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 completed travel contracts
