About the Role

Optum is seeking a skilled Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Everett, Washington. As a member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to make healthcare better for everyone.

Responsibilities
  • Treating and managing patients with urological conditions according to standard practices and current standards of care
  • Providing education and counseling to patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and self-care techniques
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current DEA license
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification
  • EMR Proficiency – Epic preferred
