Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi Inc. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and cleaning the sales floor
  • Support the sales process, including processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and inventory goals, and participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, and participating in inventory counts and audits
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
