California Weekly Explorer seeks an Interactive Presentation Specialist to bring history to life for students. As a full-time presenter, you will engage classrooms with dynamic performances and create a fun learning environment.

With a passion for education and performing on a daily basis, this role requires strong social, communication, and organizational skills. You must be able to command a room and possess a can-do attitude, with experience in teaching or performance.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and fun personality, enjoying travel and new experiences. This position demands flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. About the Role:

  • Create engaging presentations for up to 36 students per day, showcasing three unique scripts.
  • Utilize interactive displays, memorization, and improvisation to keep students engaged.
  • Develop strong relationships with teachers, administrators, and office staff.
  • Manage equipment, including setup, teardown, and transportation.
  • Complete intensive training, including script memorization and presentation development.

  • $4,000 monthly salary (after training completion) through June 15.
  • Paid training rate of $140/day for initial 12-day period.
  • Full-time/seasonal employment from October to mid-June, with summer off.
