We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Classroom Assistant to join our team at Montessori Life LLC. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe, guide, and assess children in the classroom environment, fostering a love for learning and promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and prepare lesson plans, ensuring a stimulating and engaging learning experience for all students.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials and resources, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in Montessori education and child development.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of preschool classroom experience.
  • A willingness to pursue and complete Montessori Certification within the first year of employment.
  • Excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, where all children feel valued and supported.
