Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and scribes with medical charts and patient data collection
- Perform various testing and examination procedures to determine patient visual capabilities
- Explain examination processes to patients and administer tests as needed
- Monitor patient flow and maintain a clean and organized examination environment
- Assist with clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations
- One year of experience or training in ophthalmology, optometry, or a related healthcare environment
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers and medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel between multiple offices as needed
- COA or COT Certification
- Proficiency in ophthalmic testing and diagnostic equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
