Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity and individual patient needs.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication methods and timely documentation.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or multi-state compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience (Required)
