We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for empowering your team to exceed sales goals, while cultivating creativity and teamwork within an incentive-based work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, with a strong ability to coach and develop sales reps to reach their personal and professional goals.
