Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Display Builder to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a Display Builder, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays that showcase our products in an attractive and visually appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build store product displays that meet company standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand product offerings and customer needs.
  • Work with inventory control specialists to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of display builds to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions to store operations.
  • Utilize power tools, measuring tools, and basic tools to build and install displays.
Requirements
  • 1 year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies.
  • Experience in woodworking, tile setting, and use of power tools.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
