We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at BluSky. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to property loss situations and mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Water damage mitigation and structural board-up
- On-location cleaning and microbial remediation
- Content pack-outs, processing, and deodorization
- Content storage and handling
- Field management and supervision of temporary labor personnel
- Providing exceptional customer service with empathy
- 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to move and walk around the office regularly
- Occasional travel for training or meetings
- Competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour
