Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site management of construction projects, collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Lead the job site safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and implementing daily safety meetings.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all work is within project scope and specifications, and manage field construction activity, engineering, and other field project support activities.
  • Participate in weekly project management meetings, support cross-functional team initiatives, and serve as a brand ambassador for Veritas.
  • Implement daily the Core Values: Vision, Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Achieve, and Serve.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of commercial construction experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of architecture/engineering/construction management, ability to interpret blueprints, and strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to various jobsites.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, positive attitude, and servant leadership mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to operate independently, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
