Biology Instructor Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Biology Instructor to join our team at FLEX Cupertino. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish rapport with students and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include teaching Biology to middle and high school students, assisting with standardized test prep, and providing enrichment courses. A Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field is required, with formal experience and/or training in education being a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $35-$45 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for rapid growth and merit-based promotion, paid sick leave, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and discounts for FLEX services.
