Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiology Unit
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiology Unit at Salem Hospital, Inc. As a Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a 24-bed medical cardiology unit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide post-catheterization care, focusing on PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation procedures.
* Handle TR Band and femoral approach cases.
* Maintain RN to patient ratios of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night.
* Deliver exceptional patient care by leveraging expertise in telemetry and cardiology.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding cardiac care and recovery.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong cardiac background.
* Active RN License.
* BLS certification.
* Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.
