Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
- Coordinate with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care, including serving as a coordinator of all disciplines.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team, including noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Preferred: Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
