We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Buddys Home Furnishing. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that merchandise is priced correctly.
- Financial Management: Reconcile daily transactions, manage cash assets, and maintain detailed records of financial services transactions.
- Marketing and Sales Programs: Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including daily work schedules, delivery schedules, and task assignments.
- Experience: 2 years' experience in sales, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business or a related field preferred.
The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interaction with customers, employees, and management. The role requires the ability to work in a variety of climates and weather conditions, with prolonged standing and driving.
