Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients until the clinical phase of their healthcare experience is concluded.
  • Prepare all appointments for patients undergoing Sinus CT scans.
  • Effectively convey essential information to patients to help them navigate challenges and progress in their healthcare journey.
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to procedures, insurance coverage, out-of-pocket expenses, and more.
  • Keep abreast of job-related knowledge, including sales training.
  • Oversee cancellation and no-show protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in various functions.
  • Ability to travel between different clinic locations.
