Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join their team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of KBR's systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a skilled team to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Analyze vulnerabilities and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DoD standards.
- Provide expertise on cyber processes and protocols for the US Navy and US Marine Corps.
- Ensure the security and integrity of KBR's systems and data.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
- Strong knowledge of US Navy and USMC cyber protocols.
- Proficiency in RMF.
- Experience in security assessments and vulnerability management.
- Experience with eMASS and ATOs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in US Navy or USMC cyber environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH.
- Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats.
