Paving Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paving Foreman to join our team at Construction Masters Services and Summit Flagging. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of asphalt restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs, time sheets, and safety reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably in asphalt restoration.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and quality control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.

The Paving Foreman will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
