About the Role

SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
• Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
• Ensure waste removal and recycling are handled efficiently
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required
• Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required
