Job Summary

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in a Travel assignment in a reputable healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality Computerized Tomography examinations for diagnostic purposes.
  • Coordinate and execute CT examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and image transmission and storage.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, addressing concerns and questions prior to the examination.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification in ARRT - Radiography and ARRT - CT.
  • IV Certification and BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Previous experience in an acute care facility, preferably in Computed Tomography or Radiology.
  • Proficiency in PACS and multiple computerized systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Computed Tomography or Radiology in an acute care facility.
  • Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and technical factors.
  • Experience with picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).
