Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a timely manner.
  2. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage products responsibly.
  5. Receive and store product deliveries from suppliers appropriately.
  6. Notify the department manager regarding supply needs.
  7. Conduct regular inventory checks.
  8. Address customer inquiries about the facility and its offerings.
  9. Assist food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure top-notch service for members and guests.
  10. Stay informed about relevant state liquor regulations and operational procedures as directed by management.
  11. Communicate any guest feedback or concerns to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Chef promptly.
  12. Review daily schedules, event calendars, and facility activities.
  13. Process transactions at the snack bar using the EZLinks point of sale (POS) system.
  14. Handle cash and check transactions responsibly.
  15. Adhere to safe work practices throughout job performance.
  16. Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.

Candidates must meet the age requirement for serving alcohol and possess a Certified Food Handler's Card.

Other Qualifications:

  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Skills and Competencies:

Successful candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a dedication to guest satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

Previous experience in a food service role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Licenses & Certifications:

Must possess necessary certifications as required by local regulations.
