This center provides a wide range of primary care services, including medical, dental, pediatric, and behavioral health support to all individuals.

Position Highlights:

  • Primarily Outpatient Role - minimal phone consultations required, primarily for triage
  • Potential for 1-2 weeks of inpatient responsibilities annually
  • Access to a team of full-time pediatric hospitalists
  • Manage an average of 18 patients daily, with seasonal increases
  • Common cases include wellness evaluations, ear infections, strep throat, and ADHD
  • Flexible 4-day work week with dedicated administrative hours
  • Comprehensive support staff available
  • Utilization of eClinicalWorks EMR system

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $255,000
  • Generous PTO totaling 6 weeks; $3,000 allocated for CME
  • Sign-on bonus of $50,000 and relocation assistance of $8,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid health insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D coverage
  • Retirement options including 457b and 401a plans
  • Eligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment program
