Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment.

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, including sterilizing equipment and supplies.
• Assist the surgeon and other medical staff during procedures.
• Maintain asepsis and ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective use of personnel and materials.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and equipment.

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current LPN licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (if applicable).

• Experience in a surgical setting.
• Knowledge of surgical equipment and instrumentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
