About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Interior Design courses at our institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Interior Design courses to students at various skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in Interior Design education

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • At least 4000 hours of field work experience in Interior Design
  • Experience in a community college setting is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Experience teaching in a higher education setting
  • Strong interest in working with diverse student populations
