Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation of planning documents, engineering designs, detailed reports, specifications, and cost estimates for a range of transportation projects.
- Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and permitting organizations to ensure project compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance our transportation project portfolio.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, change orders, and client communications.
- Design transportation solutions that adhere to the latest industry standards.
- Conduct research and prepare initial reports and feasibility analyses.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in public sector projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe or Bluebeam, and AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.
