Private Duty Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nursing professional to provide high-quality care to medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with patients' families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/RN licensure
  • Experience in private duty nursing or home health care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
