Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

• Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
• Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs associated with procurement, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing strategies to reduce costs.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related experience.
• Experience: 4 years' experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
